Fabric: 100% organically grown European hemp
Woven at the Rawganique Atelier in Europe. Yarn per 10cm:  30 warp and 45 weft. 500 gm. Made from dry spool yarn, so it’s somewhat hairy.

Our 100% hemp burlap fabric by the yard is suitable for all types of projects, from making hemp potato sacks, bags, decorations, trims, bulletin boards, dog toys, and more. There is a natural burlap-y scent on the hemp burlap; it’s the smell of fiber fermentation during the breakdown of the semi processed hemp fiber.

Sold by the yard; fabric width is ~60″. Shrinkage of about 3-5% in the length.

Note: Color of natural hemp burlap varies from one harvest season to the next, depending on weather (rainy fall produces a darker color; dry sunny weather produces a lighter color). Unbleached & undyed.
